Birdie offers paid memberships. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Birdie integrates with third-party providers, including Google Analytics, Flodesk, Substack, Stripe, and social media platforms. Use of these services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, and trademarks on the Services (excluding User Content) belong to Birdie Community LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or community guidelines. You may deactivate your account at any time. Relevant provisions, such as disclaimers and liability limits, will survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. Birdie does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Birdie and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Birdie, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or losses resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Gallatin County, Montana.
